MIR News: Uzbekistan Introduces E-Visas for Travelers

Entering Uzbekistan, at the heart of the Silk Road, has just gotten simpler – much simpler. As of July 15, 2018, U.S. travelers can apply, pay for, and receive Uzbek visas online, within three business days of their application. The e-visa is good for a stay of up to 30 days in Uzbekistan, and is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. The consular fee for this is a mere $20.00 USD. Read More
